
My “Roots” go back to the Early 1980’s, where I grew up working and living off the land on a small farm. In 1984 I began my Culinary journey as a Dishwasher at a well known seafood restaurant.
In 1986 I attended a Vocational Technical High School where I Majored in Culinary Arts. I became an Apprentice at the Four Star Four Diamond Hilton Hotel & Resort in Delaware. Before Graduating in 1990 with Exemplary Performance in Culinary Arts.. I Took 1st Place in the V.I.C.A. Culinary Arts State Olympics winning a Scholarship to the Prestigious Culinary Program at Johnson and Wales University. I graduated with High Honors in 1993 and Became a Teaching Assistant at The Johnson and Wales Inn Seekonk, Ma.Teaching Dining Room and Banquet Procedures .
Since then I have held Professional Chef positions in Virtually ALL Aspects of the Culinary Industry. Including; Family Restaurants, Historic Inn’s/B&B’s, Hotels & Resorts, Banquet Facilities, Award Winning Seafood Market and Bay Front Dining Restaurant, Boston’s Best Catering Company “Off the Vine”, Healthcare, Corporate Services, Regional Chef and District Chef for the Worlds Largest Food Service Contract Feeding Company.. SODEXO.

Most recently I have been a Private Chef for the past 3 years. NOW I BRING TO YOU.. 40 years of Professional Education, Experience, Accolades and Awards into your own Kitchen. This is my “Retirement Gig ” and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT, I GUARANTEE you will enjoy my Services and outgoing personality EXCEEDING YOUR EXPECTATIONS!
